Description
Ingredients: Brazilian Cerrrado Coffee Beans and Columbian Supremo
We roast to a medium level, an “American Roast”, which is a traditional roast in the eastern United States. Also can be referred to as a “Full City Roast”.
Brazilian Cerrado flavor description: clean with a good body (creamy mouthfeel), low acidity, well-balanced, and often exhibiting a nutty and slightly caramel flavor when light-roasted, perhaps even malty, though more chocolaty if given a darker roast.
Columbian Supremo flavor description: Colombian Supremo coffee is grown high in the Colombian Andes and is famous for it’s smooth pleasant acidity, smooth finish, nutty overtones and rich medium to full body.
Our coffee brand was named “Rose Garden” by our Great Grandmother Lillian. She was quite the gardener and used the spent grounds for her rose beds.
